Level of Difficulty – Beginner Yarn – Red Heart Gumdrop, Grape, 50-75 yards Hooks and Notions – Hook size: F/5 (3.75mm) Measurement – Dress: 5-inches height (top to scallop center) 2 ½- inches wide Gauge – 8 hdc + 4 rows = 2-inches Abbreviations Ch = chain Sc = single crochet Hdc = half double crochet BPSC = Back Post Single Crochet Bubble Berries Barbie Dress | Free Crochet Pattern | American Crochet @americancrochet.com #freecrochetpattern   Dress Instructions Chain 20, join with a slip stitch to form circle (being careful not to twist chain). Round 1 (Working in back bump): Chain 1, sc in first chain and in each chain around; join with a slip stitch in first sc. (20 sc) Round 2: Chain 1, BPSC in first sc and in each sc around; join with a slip stitch in the first BPSC. (20 BPSC) Round 3: Chain 1, work 2 hdc in same stitch as join, * skip the next stitch, work 2 hdc in the next stitch, * repeat from * to * around; join with a slip stitch in first hdc. (20 hdc) Round 4: Chain 1, * skip next 2 hdc, work 2 hdc between the next hdc, * repeat from * to * around; join with a slip stitch in first hdc. (20 hdc) Rounds 5–16: Repeat round 4 Round 17: Skip hdc where join was made, slip stitch in space before next hdc, * skip next 2 hdc, work 5 hdc in space before next hdc, skip next 2 hdc, slip stitch into space before next hdc, * repeat from * to * around; join with a slip stitch. Fasten off and weave in ends!   Tie String Chain 50, Fasten Off and weave through round 7 of dress going in and out of each hdc. Headband Instructions Chain 22, join with a slip stitch Round 1: Chain 1, hdc in same stitch, skip next stitch, * work 2 hdc in the next stitch, skip the next stitch, * repeat from * to * around; join with a slip stitch in the top of the 1st hdc.  (22hdc) Fasten off and weave in ends!
