This washcloth is a nice size and very soft. Made using BERROCO Modern Cotton yarn, a Furls H hook, and basic stitches with the Silt Stitch. A fellow blogger, The Stitchin’ Mommy, has a tutorial for the Silt Stitch.
Hook: Furls H
7 ½ X 10 ½
Not important for this project.
Ch/chs = chain/chains
Dc = double crochet
Hdc = half double crochet
Sc = single crochet
Sk = skip
Sl st = slip stitch
Sp/sps = space/spaces
St/sts = stitch/stitches

Chain a multiple of 3
Row 1: work dc in 4th ch from hook (counts as dc) dc in each st across (22 dc)
Row 2: ch 1 (counts as sc), 2 dc in first st, * sk 2 sts, (1 sc, 2 dc) in next st *, repeat from * to * across to last 3 sts, sk 2 sts, sc in the turning ch
Row 3: ch 2 (counts as hdc), hdc in each st across and turning ch
Row 4: Repeat row 2
Row 5: Repeat row 3
Row 6: ch 2 hdc between the hdcs of previous row, hdc in turning chain
Rows 7 – 21: Repeat row 6
Ch 2, hdc between sts around putting (hdc, ch, hdc) in corner sts
Fasten off and weave in ends
