Fuchsia Neon Cowl
By Mistie Bush
This cowl is quick and easy to make using basic stitches. Make several in different colors to dress up your outfits. It would a great gift for any occasion made in the receiver’s favorite color. The larger hook will make the last rows a little fuller to where it has a flair look.
