Springing in Spring Washcloth

This washcloth could have many uses as it is soft being made of cotton. You could use it to wash your dishes, or use in the bathroom. It will add a touch of a bright spring day to your kitchen or bathroom as well.
Yarn: Lily Sugar ’n Cream Worsted #4 ~ 100% cotton, 95 yds, 88 m, 56.7 g, 2 ozs. Washcloth was worked using color #02710 Peace
10” X 10” with border
Ch/chs = chain/chains
Dc = double crochet
Rep – repeat as indicated
Sc = single crochet
Sl st = slip stitch
Sp/sps = space/spaces
St/sts = stitch/stitches
Shell – In indicated st work 2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc
Chains at beginning of rows count as stitch (ch 1 = sc, ch 3 = dc, ch 4 = dc + ch 1)
Ch 29, turn and sc in 2nd ch from hook and each st across, ch 1 turn (28 sts)
Row 1: Sc in st by hook, * ch 3, skip next 3 ch, 1 sc in next ch *, rep from to across, ch 3 turn.
Row 2: 4 dc in next ch-3 sp, * ch 1, 1 dc in next ch-3 sp, ch 1, 4 dc in next ch-3 sp *, rep from to across, 1 dc in last sc, ch 1 turn.
Row 3: 1 sc in first st, ch 3, * 1 sc in next ch-1 space, ch 3 *, rep from to across, ending with 1 sc in top of turn ch, Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch 1), turn.
Row 4: 1 dc in next ch-3 space, ch 1, * 4 dc in next ch-3 space, ch 1, 1 dc in next ch-3 space, ch 1 *, rep from to across, 1 dc in last sc, Ch 1 turn.
Row 5: 1 sc in first dc, skip next ch-1 space, * ch 3, sc in next ch-1 space, * rep from to across, ending with last sc in 3rd ch of turning ch, turn.
Rows 6 – 13: Repeat rows 2-5
Row 14: Sc in each st across. DO NOT TURN
Ch 2, dc in same st, * sk next 2 sts, sc in next st, sk next 2 sts, shell in next st * rep to around ending with 2 dc ch 1 in beginning st. Total of 16 shells (3 shells on each side and 1 in each corner.)
