Intertwining Roses Scarf

This scarf is a simple and a great relaxing pattern, get it started and it is repeats. The model is made using Lion Brand Landscapes and is a great cold weather scarf. It can be made using a lighter yarn for warmer weather; adjust your hook to the yarn.
Yarn: Lion Brand Landscapes 3.5 oz/147 yds/100g/134 m 2 skeins, #113 Ruby
Hook: Brittany K/10 ½ (6.5 mm)
Laying flat 7 inches by 58 inches
Ch/chs = chain/chains
Dc = double crochet
Hdc = half double crochet
Sc = single crochet
Sl st = slip stitch
Sp/sps = space/spaces
St/sts = stitch/stitches
Shell: In specified st work (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc): shell made.
Large shell: In specified st work (2 dc, ch 3, 2 dc): large shell made.
Chain multiple of 8 + 4 (3 x 8=24 + 4 = 28)
3 ch at end of row counts as first dc on next row
Repeat rows 3 and 4 for pattern
Row 1 (right side): 2 dc in 4th ch from hook, * sk next 3 chs, (sc, ch 3, sc) in next ch, sk next 3 chs, shell in next ch; * rep from * to * across, ending last rep with 3 dc in last ch; ch 3 (counts as first hdc and ch-1 sp on following row), turn.
Row 2: Sc in first dc; * large shell in next ch-3 sp, ** (sc, ch 3, sc) in next ch-2 sp, * rep from * to * across, ending last rep at, ** (sc, ch 1, hdc) in 3rd ch of beg 3 sk chs, ch 3 (counts as first dc on following row), turn.
Row 3: 2 dc in first hdc; * (sc, ch 3, sc) in next ch-3 sp, shell in next ch-3 sp, * rep from * to * across, ending last rep with 3 dc in 2nd ch of turning ch-3, ch 3, turn.
across, ending last rep with 3 dc in 2nd ch of turning ch-3, ch 3, turn.
Row 4: Sc in first dc, * large shell in next ch-3 sp ** (sc, ch 3, sc) in next ch-2 sp, * rep from * to * across, ending last rep at, ** (sc, ch 1, hdc) in 3rd ch of turning ch-3, ch 3, turn.
Repeat Rows 3 and 4 for pattern until desired length is reached.
Fasten off and weave in ends
