Today’s Tip is brought to you by Dorianna @ The Lavender Chair
The magic ring is a very useful technique for starting projects in the round. Usually, when working in the round, one might start out by chaining 4 and joining with a slip stitch to the first chain made. Then, you’d work your first round in the loop that was created with the chain stitches. When doing this you are left with a little hole at the center of your project. Instead, if you use the magic ring, you can get rid of that little hole at the center. The magic ring gives it a more professional finish and is so much faster than the chain 4 method.
