Yarn
- Red Heart Soft, worsted weight #4, 100% Acrylic, 5oz/141g/256 yds/234m, (I used approximately 100 yds of Wine and Off White)
Hook and Notions
- Hook: 5.50mm (I)
- Scissors
- Blunt needle
Measurement
- Estimated Finished Size: (depending on your yarn choice and gauge) 52 inches wide and 60 inches long plus edging
Abbreviations
- Sc = single crochet
- Ch = chain
- Dc = Double Crochet
- Sk = Skip
- Hdc = Half Double Crochet
- Sp = Space

Instructions
COLORS: A – Off White; B – Wine
Working with Color B
Note: Work this row if you ended on an uneven row (for example Part 17)
Chain 2, dc in each stitch and chain 1 space, work 2 dc in chain 2 space, across. Turn (165 dc)
Fasten Off Color B; I changed to Color A
Row 1: Chain 3 (counts as a dc), dc in the next 2 dc, *chain 3, skip the next 3 dc, dc in each of the next 2 dc,* repeat from *to* across, ending with chain 3, skip the next 3 dc, dc in the last 3 dc, dc in top of the turning chain 3. Turn (32 chain 3 spaces, 69 double crochet Sc = 165 stitches)
Fasten Off Color A; I changed to Color B
Row 2: Chain 6 (counts as dc and ch 3), skip the first 3 stitches *working over the ch-2 sp of the previous row (enclosing it inside the chain) dc in the next 3 dc 2 rows below, chain 2, skip next 2 dc,* repeat from *to* across, ending with hdc in the top of the turning chain 3. Turn
Fasten Off Color B; I changed to Color A
Row 3: Chain 2 (counts as hdc), *working over the chain 2 space, dc in the next 2 dc 2 rows below, chain 3, skip the next 3 dc,* repeat from *to* across, ending with working over the chain 2 space, dc in the next 2 dc 2 rows below, hdc in the second chain of the turning chain 6. Turn
Fasten Off Color A; I changed to Color B
Row 4: Chain 5 (counts as dc and ch 2), skip the first 3 stitches *working over the chain 2 space of the previous row (enclosing it inside the chain) dc in the next 3 dc 2 rows below, chain 2, skip next 2 dc,* repeat from *to* across, ending with hdc in top of turning chain. Turn
Fasten Off Color B; I changed to Color A
Row 5: Chain 2 (counts as hdc), *working over the chain 2 space, dc in the next 2 dc 2 rows below, chain 3, skip the next 3 dc,* repeat from *to* across, ending with working over the chain 2 space, dc in the next 2 dc 2 rows below, hdc in the second ch of the turning chain 5. Turn
Fasten Off Color A; I changed to Color B
Row 6: Repeat row 4.
Fasten Off Color B; I changed to Color A
Row 7 : Chain 2, *dc in next 2 dc 2 rows below, hdc in next 3 dc,* repeat from *to* across.

On Row 7 you should: CH 2, * dc in next 2 dc 2 rows below, hdc in next 3 dc * repeat across
