Hook and Notions – Size Hook: J (6mm), scissors, blunt needle
Measurement – 7 ½ -inches wide and 20 ½ -inches long

Notes – Chain 3 at beginning of row does not count unless otherwise stated.
Instructions
Chain 124
Foundation Row (RS): Work (Dc, sc) in the 4th chain from the hook, * chain 3, skip the next 3 chains, work (dc, sc) in the next chain, repeat from * across. Turn
Row 1: Chain 3 (see pattern notes), skip the first single crochet, * work (dc, sc) in the next dc, chain 3, skip the next chain 3 space and sc, repeat from * across, ending with a (dc, sc) in the next dc, skip turning chain 3. Turn
Rows 2-14: Repeat Row 1
Fasten off and leave tail long enough to sew both ends together.
