Joining the Gals is the next step of the Squaring The Circle CAL 2018! Wow! It is hard to believe that we have been stitching up these gorgeous gals for 6 months. Time sure does fly by when you are having a blast. Now lets grab our desired yarn color, the gals, yarn needle, scissors, favorite beverage and maybe even a snack. Joining these fun gals is going to burn some energy and take a little time.

Before we start connecting these beautiful ladies together, let me say that there is no specific order they have to be in. You get to choose your layout. You can mix it up, you can match them up by the center color, put them in number order, or whatever makes you happy. I personally have not totally decided on how I will lay out my squares. I am torn between having them in number order or by color. hmmm Enjoy!

Instructions

Use your favorite joining method to join the first two squares together. I used the mattress stitch to join the first two squares together; fasten off. Repeat this method until your first row of squares are joined together.

Once the six rows of 4 squares are joined together, get a long piece of yarn to sew two sets of four together. Repeat this method until all six rows are connected.

Fasten off and weave in ends.
