It’s easy to stitch up while looking breathtaking and chic, combining a few simple stitches with just enough technique to create an upscale, designer look you’ll love making for yourself and everyone on your gift list.

Why You’ll Love This Pattern

  • Four sizes in one — from a sleek 6″ skinny scarf to a cozy 12″ wide wrap, there’s a width for every style.
  • Beginner-friendly — simple stitches with just enough texture to keep it interesting.
  • Quick to work up — the granite stitch and split-shell sections stitch up faster than they look.
  • Versatile wear — dress it up for church or a holiday event, or keep it casual for everyday.
  • Beautiful drape — the stitch combination creates an elegant, flowing fabric that looks far more complex than it is.
  • Perfect gift — one pattern gives you endless options in different yarn colors and widths.

📝 Pattern Notes

  • Worked from side to side.
  • Weigh your yarn cake before you start so you can track your yardage.
  • Ch 1 at the beginning of a row only counts as a stitch in the granite-stitch section.
  • Tight crocheter? Chain with the larger (I) hook so your foundation isn’t too tight and the scarf doesn’t buckle. Always check your gauge.
  • Made in four widths — the sample shown is an 8″ scarf, 72″ long.

Special Stitch — Hdc in 3rd Loop

With the front of the stitch facing you, look at the top of the stitch and find the sideways “V.” Now bend the stitch forward to look at the back, and you’ll see another “V.” You’ll work into the back loop of that second “V” — this is the third loop. When you’re working across the row, the third loop should be facing you.
