Row 1 (wrong side) (working in back bump only): HDC in 2nd ch from hook and in each of the next 4 chains, 3 hdc in next chain; * hdc in each of the next 3 chains, skip next 2 chains, hdc in each of the next 3 chains, 3 hdc in next chain; Repeat from * across to last 5 chains; hdc in each of the last 5 chains.
Row 2 (right side) (working in back loops only): CH 2, hdc decrease over first 2 stitches, hdc in each of the next 4 hdc, 3 hdc in next hdc;* hdc in each of the next 3 hdc, skip next 2 hdc, hdc in each of the next 3 hdc, 3 hdc in next hdc; Repeat from * across to last 6 hdc; hdc in each of the next 4 hdc, hdc decrease over last 2 hdc. Turn
Repeat Row 2 until piece measures desired length
Fasten off and weave in ends.
